Don’t neglect your fascias and bargeboards! If you suspect yours are subject to rotting or are generally not in good condition, they could potentially damage your roof timbers.

Summit Roofing Solutions repairs and replaces fascias, bargeboards and soffits in timber or modern UPVC products as required. We will check and repair eaves felts and rotten rafter ends during installation. Our service includes a modern EPS (eave protection system). This combats the problem of damage to the felts behind fascia boards, something which can cause leaks and water damage.

We are fully trained in this important repair work and undertake all jobs to a high degree of workmanship.

For your peace of mind, we also offer a 10-year insurance backed warranty on qualifying work. This can be included in the price of your quote, on request.
